All Conferencing provides affordable feature-rich automated conferencing. All Conferencing automated services were developed using proprietary conferencing hardware and software, designed in direct response to the needs of All Conferencing customers. We offer the same services as AT&T teleconferencing, Genesys teleconferencing, MCI conference call, or any other conferencing service at prices that are drastically below theirs!
Provide Guests with either or both the Local Dial In and Toll Free Dial In Access number. Dial the access number and input the passcode to join the conference. The conference begins when the Host joins the conference. Guests accessing the conference call via the Local Dial In access number will pay long distance access charges to their carrier.
Following the conference call, the Host will receive an email detailing the call activity including connect and disconnect times, total conference time and participant's phone numbers if they accessed the call via the Toll Free access numbers. In addition, you can order a CD recording of your conference if the call was recorded.
