You can also manage your call in real-time using our Web Manager, which allows you to disconnect callers and lock your conference calls at any time.
Yes, you can give your guest speakers a separate five-digit guest speaker code, which will keep their individual line from being muted by the host Mute All feature. You can change this five-digit code after each call for security purposes. Guest speakers must join as a participant, then press 88* on their telephone keypad before entering the five-digit code you provide them. You will find this code on the right-hand side of your computer screen once you have logged into your account.
No, our free conference calling dial-in number is determined by our conference calling service location rather than caller location, and it cannot be changed.
Everyone who participates in your free conference calls, including yourself, will dial a regular toll number (not toll-free/1-800). Any long-distance charges incurred depend on each participant long-distance plan and service provider, which will charge its customers directly.
Your participants can dial in up to eight minutes prior to the host accessing the conference call. They will be placed on hold and muted until the host joins the call. If the waiting time is exceeded, participant's are prompted to confirm the conference call details and call back at the designated time.
